Swapping an STI 6-Speed into our VB WRX

The WRX has had a 6-Speed transmission since 2015, but it is not the same as the STI 6-Speed transmission.  In fact, the WRX 6-speed is a completely different design than the STI 6-Speed, and doesn't have the more durable gears, or the fancy differentials that the STI transmission did.

With all of the power potential that the FA24DIT engine has, this is why there has been so many people that want to upgrade to the STI drivetrain.

We realized that we had a full spare STI drivetrain from our Rally car, so we decided that it was finally time to see how difficult it was to swap the STI transmission into our 2024 WRX project car.

What axles can you use?
