STI 6 Speed Swap into Bugeye WRX - Finally Done!

We have been helping to make putting an STI 6-Speed into older WRX's for a long time now.  And we are finally putting an STI transmission into our 2003 WRX project car.  This time around, rather than taking the easiest path to the swap, we are doing something a bit more complicated because we get a lot of questions about how to make this work.

We used a 2018 STI transmission, which doesn't have the speed sensor on the transmission.  The 2003 WRX usually gets the vehicle speed signal from its transmission, so we have to get it somewhere else. 

For that, we used the MAP VSSP processor, and installed that along side the MAP DCCD controller.

Once installed, how much of a difference did the STI transmission make?
