Testing Eyesight features on our modified 2024 WRX
Subaru's Eyesight Driver Assist Technology is now standard on all WRX's and BRZ's. This feature makes use of cameras at the top of the windshield to provide Lane Assist, Lane Centering, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Emergency Braking.
One of the reasons that we picked a 2024 WRX was because it would have all of these new features so we could see how tolerant these systems would be to changes that we made to the car.
At this point, we have raised the suspension about 1" over stock, the alignment is a bit off, the brakes have been significantly modified from stock with the TR brakes, and we now have oversized tires on the car as well.
Any one of these changes could cause an issue with these systems, so in this video, we take the car out to test all of them to see what is working, and what we may have broken.
Thanks for watching and Stay Tuned!
