An RX8 Oil Filter on a Subaru?

As soon as we put our our first video taking a look at Subaru oil filters, we started to get questions about the Mazda RX8 oil filter (N3R1 14 302).

There was a question about how similar this filter was to the Subaru Tokyo Roki filter 15208AA100 that used to be the standard for the EJ WRX and STI.

We got one of these Mazda filter on hand and took a detailed look at how similar it is.
