MONOTUBE CONSTRUCTION
Allows for larger diameter piston for rigidity and creating larger volume chamber. The system allows for high range of piston speeds and finer lever of damper control at all stroke speeds.
FULL LENGTH HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE CASE
The damper body case is fully tapped to allow maximum height adjustments, separate from the spring preload. The ideal stroke range can remain regardless of height setting because of the damper's stroke range can be positioned independently. This enhances the handling limits as well as keeping a compliant ride and suspension performance.

Cusco Sport springs are shot-peened and woulnd using the advanced anti-sagging metallurgy.
