This is the hood scoop that came on the 2002 2003 Subaru STI in Japan, and it is approximately 1 inch taller than the WRX scoop that we got here in the US.
This scoop will fit the 2002 - 2003 WRX hood, as well as the 2004 - 2008 Forester XT.
It does not come painted.
